I know y'all are excited to read the several posts that are in progress about our recent Amazon trip, but blog-writing is surprisingly time-consuming (it's mostly sorting through hundreds of pictures and picking out the 4 post-able ones). So in the meantime, here are some sneak peaks to tide you over.
Location: Cuyabeno Reserve in the Orient region of Northeast Ecuador, a primary Amazon rain forest.
Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay!!!!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you for finally sending me your blog site! Excitement!!! :-) As I sit here in Lancaster, SC next to a AA battery manufacturing line at 12:30AM Eastern (working nightshift of an EO)...I am immensly impressed with and jealous of the two of you. LOVED the kissy pic at the 'fake' equator. Almost as good as the actual 'line drawn in the side' equator photo. Brilliant. Hoping you guys are enjoying / enjoyed the Amazon. Can't wait for more pics and posts!!!! :-) And please, please, please...Andrew...continue sporting that AWESOME GaTech t-shirt. ...a bold, world-traveler...and a helluva engineer!!!
ReplyDeleteOK...so I think I preferred when you didn't have the blog yet. It was easier to pretend that you were schlepping away at a job when there weren't all these fun pics and stories to remind me what you're doing.
ReplyDeleteSuper jealous...hope we can still join you in the fall.
Miss you!!
Aaaaaawesome!! Have a great time guys! Wish we could be there with u! Luving those pictures! HUG HUG***Ich liebe dich :-) Preeti&Sebastian
